Many of you are thinking about going under a knife due to their malocclusion.
Do you know surgical plans are set according to health conditions? This is labeled into three levels.

First level Malocclusion

When molar is combined to one another, it is fine. However, first level malocclusion is when several tooth is in a wrong position. Usually, the position of teeth is in finest position, but the problem arises from teeth itself such as widen and protruded teeth.

Second level Malocclusion

Protruding upper chin is prominent to that of lower chin, so upper chin may be in fine condition but lower chin doesn't grow accordingly. Therefore, front teeth is left behind.

Third level Malocclusion

Protruding lower chin is prominent to that of upper chin, and this is opposite to second level malocclusion. Protruding chin is an example for this level.
