Breast Augmentation. Enhance your breast size!

ADVANCED EXPERTISE IN BREAST SURGERY;  BK BREAST AUGMENTATION

Good day everyone~!
Today I would like to tell you about breast augmentation.

As an overall trend, breast augmentation surgery involves using implants.
BUT! you need to be aware of what kinds of implants could be inserted and where to insert.

Expected breast shape and the degree of pain are various
so you'd better to check what I am going to tell you from now  :)

Submuscular Breast Implant Placement - Under the pectoral muscle

Submuscular implants are placed underneath muscle via transaxillary incision.
This method is more effective for small breast with thin skin and less mammary glands/fatty tissue.

Advantages of this surgical method

The Implant after surgery is impalpable
and there is low risk of capsular contracture.
Movement of implants can be somewhat stiff

Subgrandular Breast Implant Placement
Directly behind the breast tissue, over the pectoral muscle

Subglandular implants are placed between mammary glands and muscle.
This method is suitable for moderate breasts with thick skin/fat tissue.

This surgical method helps you to have voluptuous natural silhouette.
Fast recovery is one of advantages of this surgery

However, the implants can be palpable if skin is too thin
 and may occur Capsular contracture

Dual Plane Implant Placement (Partial Submuscular)

Upper part of implant is inserted underneath muscle, and lower part is inserted above muscle to integrate advantages of the submuscular and subgrandular placements.
