Eat less soup.

No salt in food is helpful in overweight for lower body. Try not to eat the whole soup. Just eat ingredients in it. You will see drastic results.

Have you ever heard so called 'thighs on fire'? You put books with more than 5 cm thick between thighs and hold on to it. Spend 30 minutes a day for your refined body. 
Don't get it too much. It is much harder than we expected.

Jump a skipping rope for a hour

Of course, jumping a skipping rope for a whole hour is though. Jump 10 minutes first and as you get familiar, do it longer gradually.
Skipping rope is efficient in offering positive result for losing weight, because it gets you exercise whole body including thighs.
