A Few Tips for Smoother Skin

Everyone wants to have smoother and beautiful skin. 

What I'm going to tell you today is how to make your skin more smoother. 


 

SLEEP WELL!! 

There's no doubt about it. 
A number of reports have shown that lack of sleep results in a myriad of health problems.
You'd better try to sleep particularly between 10pm and 2am.
Getting enough sleep during the overnight hours helps your body product more human growth hormone, which helps skin retain its elasticity.

It MEANS you can be a beautiful woman by just sleeping well :)

 


The sun causes the most damage to our skin, so protecting the sunlight when you're outside is a top priority thing to do. Age spots, wrinkles, freckles, and skin that's rough or dry are all symptoms of too much sun.

Try to apply sun block cream every 2 hours. 
Wearing sun glasses and carrying a parasol are also good ways to protect your skin. 





Some people go for a sauna quite often for moisturizing their skin. 

BUT, there's saying "Too much is as bad as too little"
Don't go for a sauna frequently and stay in there too long. 

Your skin can be damaged and stimulated by hot and dry air in the sauna. 



Stretching your facial muscles regularly. 

Facial exercises like saying "a-e-i-o-u" promote a smooth and wrinkle free skin. 
As facial muscles loose firmness, the facial exercise helps in toning the facial muscles.

Facial exercises help in achieving anti aging, youthful, and wrinkle free face.
